Basic Services - Free!

The basic account has limited functionality, but it is compleatley free. This is a great way to test and evaluate our services.

Premium Service

For our premium services we offer two different payment options:

1) You pay 2% of the registration fees for the event (min €1/attendee).*

2) You pay a monthly fee of €50 with unlimited numbers of events.*

*Additional fee for Credit Card payment processing (€0.5+2.5%)

Compare service levels

Price example

Company X arranges five events a month and wants to receive payments via Credit card from their attendees. Each of the events attracts 100 persons and each attendee pays €30 to attend.

Income: €15,000

1) No monthly fee - €1,125
Monthly fee:
€0

Registration fees:
€30 x 2% = €0,6 (min €1)
5 x 100 x 1 = €500/month

Payment fees:
€30 x 2,5% + 0,5 = €1,25/attendee
5 x 100 x 1,25 = €625/months

2) With monthly fee - €675
Monthly fee:
€50

Registration fees:
€0

Payment fees:
€30 x 2,5% + 0,5 = €1,25/attendee
5 x 100 x 1,25 = €625/month

For option 1, the cost for using XTevent is 7,5% of the income from the events, while the second option is only 4,5% of the income.
